Gas flowmeters

Portable gas flowmeters

The new FLUXUS G608

It is based on the widely used, very reliable and very versatile G601, but it has been specially designed for use in hazardous areas and is covered by ATEX certification.

It is the ideal solution for gas flow measurement in explosive areas, whether for a temporary replacement of a fixed flow meter or for control of service operations. Thanks to its certification, users are no longer required to obtain a FEU work permit, which makes access to ATEX zones much easier and much faster.

Its field of application is incomparable, pipes from less than 7mm internal diameter to more than 1600mm and temperatures ranging from -40 ° C to 200 ° C.

Le FLUXUS® G601

It uses the proven transit time technique for gas measurement.

Special sensors using ultrasonic Lamb and shear waves are simply attached to the outside of the pipe.

There is therefore no need to carry out work on the pipe or even stop the process.

FLUXUS® G601 offers maximum flexibility.

Fixed Gas Flowmeters

Le flux G801

Gas flowmeter for permanent installation in harsh and dangerous environments such as Offshore.

  • It is particularly robust, resists seawater and spray and is therefore ideal for applications on oil and gas extraction platforms.
  • Comes in a stainless steel case which can be controlled via a magnetic pen without having to open it.
  • Certified for use in explosive areas (ATEX (IEC) certified Zone1).

FLUXUS® G709

It is designed for permanent installation in a 19 "rack with 2 measurement channels and a customizable configuration of inputs and outputs.

Identical internally to the G704, its non-intrusive measurement technology ensures precise bidirectional measurement with high measurement dynamics for gases.

Like all other FLUXUS flowmeters and in order to reduce installation time and provide accurate and stable long-term results, the G709 features automatic loading of sensor calibration and detection data (Plug & Play).

The sensors are available for a wide range of inner diameters (7 to 1600mm) and temperatures (-40 ° C to 200 ° C, with the WaveInjector from -160 ° C to 400 ° C), they are dust resistant and l humidity and are available for hazardous areas.

Le flux G704 ®

It is designed for permanent installation for gas flow measurements. Its non-intrusive measurement technology ensures installation without production downtime.

This measurement can be done bidirectionally and over high flow ranges.

Like all other FLUXUS flowmeters, the G704 has automatic sensor recognition. This system reduces installation time and provides accurate and stable long-term measurement. Sensors are available for a wide range of inside diameters (7 to 1600 mm), temperatures (-40 ° C to 200 ° C ) and are resistant to dust and humidity.
